News / Mentoring
Our mentoring services work with young people most at risk of offending. This often includes those at risk of exclusion from school, have troubles at home, are known to the police or are already caught up in the Criminal Justice System.
We use the power of sport and physical activity to engage young people and support their personal, social and emotional development. Our approach supports many successful outcomes and the overall progression of the young person.
We measure progress through the 2nd Chance Life Plan which has been commended as best practice in our HMP Portland and HMP&YOI Ashfield research. It also allows us to provide regular reports for our commissioners.
